The Story Behind the Coaching
It started with frustration. Years into corporate life at a multinational logistics company in Port Klang, Rajesh watched talented colleagues struggle with direction. They had skills. They had resources. But they didn’t have clarity. That observation changed everything.
Instead of climbing the corporate ladder, he pursued formal coaching certification through the International Coach Federation and pivoted entirely. Over the past 14 years, he’s guided over 800 clients through life transitions—from young professionals taking their first major career steps to executives seeking meaningful change after decades in the same industry.
His approach isn’t theoretical. It’s grounded in behavioral psychology, practical goal-setting frameworks, and something harder to define: the ability to listen until the real question emerges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and has published research on goal achievement patterns among Southeast Asian professionals.
Since joining PathFinder Johor five years ago, he’s developed proprietary methodologies specifically for Malaysian professionals navigating the unique pressures of their context.
